A Glimpse At Our Process
- Plan
- The planning phase kicks off the online business optimization process with the development of a written plan that acts as a reference guide for the duration of the project. Our team works with you to conceptualize the project and its goals and then builds the strategic plan. This phase concludes with plan approval by you, initiating the formal online business optimization process.
- Design
- The design phase includes the initial creation of the creative elements (such as branding, identity, graphics, page designs, etc.). Decisions about content, organization, and priority will be presented, discussed and refined. This phase concludes in a meeting to review and approve the designs prior to implementation.
- Develop
- The development phase covers coding website framework, page templates, site features, as well as any integration with 3rd party systems.
- Quality Assurance
- The quality assurance phase provides validation that the implemented components are consistent with the plan and working properly. Each component is thoroughly tested for both performance and functionality. This phase concludes with final approval to proceed with the launch phase.
- Launch
- The launch phase is the point at which we migrate from development to active testing. Once in production, we periodically track performance and verify that the strategy is progressing as planned.
- Analyze
- In the analysis phase, a review of experiment outcomes determines next actions. Our team evaluates your website in search of opportunities to modify content and navigation to streamline the user experience and make it easier to convert. This phase concludes with an assessment submitted for your consideration.
- Act
- The action phase starts by verifying that the plan outlined in the assessment supports the original goals and that the metrics generated are in line with expectations. The phase concludes with the implementation of approved changes to the website.
Pricing
We strongly believe in fair pricing with no surprises. While not the cheapest in the industry, our services cost a lot less than the larger studio alternatives. Our structure is setup in a way that allows us to offer the same service - excluding the corporate overheads, huge staff costs and broad luxuries - just the essentials.

If you want to get techincal our team of freelancers can be spotted around Toronto, Durham Region, and the Kawartha Lakes in Ontario Canada.
